who

how did they meet?
in
Macau, on the 26th March 1979.
Family
calls me
Mei
Mei
Where
I grew up
in
Macau most of my life, also been studying in Sacramento before coming
to Melbourne to study.
The things I keep on doing
asking
Stephen questions all the time, watching Chinese videos, drinking
coffees, car cruising
The thing I regret
have
discontinued ballet when I was a child. Otherwise, I believe
I can be a very outstanding ballet dancer.
The people I can never pay back in my life
My
dad and mum who worked all their lives for their 2 daughters
What change my whole life
Studying
overseas has made a big change to my life, changing me from a very
dependent little girl to a more independent and confident girl
The things that I don't like
Looking
at my broad shoulders and big arms, being indecisive, and easily
feeling tired
The things I like
Watching
videos with Stephen, car cruising with my honey and listening to
music at the same time, massage, sitting for coffees with friends
My future goals
Continue
to study a bit more and become more specialized in the physiotherapy
field, be a good housewife who can take good care of Stephen, and
of course to have two kids with Stephen
How
we meet
"In
my mind, the first scene of our love story is the moment when Stephen
walked away from his work-mates and approached me in Cafe Kaz (cafeteria
of the Royal Melbourne Hospital). We started our first conversation
and he asked for my mobile number. Not long after, we met
again at the Nursing Desk in Ward 4S. We were both writing
patient's notes and suddenly he told me he knew the date of my birthday.
I was really surprised and he said he searched from the Yahoo by
my name. From that moment I knew he wanted to..........
Then
one day when I finished the day at the hospital, I was so tired.
An SMS message (thanks to Gerard, our groomsman) cheered me up and
started our long conversation through SMS messages. That weekend
we went out with Cammy (our maid of honour) and one more friend,
and that night was our first date when he took me out for a drive.
On
Christmas Day, I heard his voice waking me up and when I first opened
my eyes, I saw him kneeling beside me with a ring. He proposed
to me and I accepted as he would expect (He knows me well!)
That
started off the preparation for our wedding and we were so excited
to see you on our day!"
